• Staff are onsite at The Core Base and we have installed CCTVs at our venues. Any forms of video recording (private/commercial), advertisements, commodities and product shooting, company page photos, online store, Facebook, Instagram shop posts etc. as booking purposes, customers are obliged to inform our team for commercial quotation. The Core Base reserves the right to the final use of the venues.
• During the rental period, price rate is calculated according to the number of attendees, including individual who join late or leave early. Customers are to be paid according to the total rental hours. If the number of attendees differs to the intended number, price will be calculated according to the final number of attendees.
• If customers consume our photography services, the rights to relevant photos are owned by The Core Base and the photographer. The company has the right to utilise photos for promotional purposes. Customers who do not wish for such usages, please notify our team in advance.

• Please inform us in advance the number of participants and any request, so our team may assist accordingly. The Core Base reserves the right to the final use of venues.
• On the day of appointment, if there is no other booking ahead, customers may enter the venue 30 minutes earlier for set up and preparation. However if you wish to enter the venue earlier than 30 minutes, additional charge will imply.
• To avoid complaints or interruptions from other units during the shooting process, any equipment that needs to be placed outside our venue, please locate them against one wall side and keep clear of the passage on the other side to protect the rights and interests of other users of the building and to evade policy violations of the public areas in the building.

【 Parking and Unloading 】

※ Our prices do not include parking, please use the following methods to park and to pay for relevant expenses.
※ Vehicles of short stay, loading and unloading, please park on the road next to the building’s entrance, since the building management office will charge administrative fees for driving inside the building.

— Kwai Fong Branch Parking Information —

• Carpark of this building: only a few vacant parking spaces are provided for outside vehicles. All vehicles (including short-term loading and unloading) are charged. If you wish to park here, please pay directly to the building’s management office.
• Outdoor carpark next to this building: daily parking $60 (full day) / night parking $40 (full night).

― Kwai Hing Branch Parking Information —

• Carpark of this building: only a few vacant parking spaces are provided for outside vehicles. All vehicles (including short-term loading and unloading) are charged. If you wish to park here, please pay directly to the building’s management office.
• "Tung Chun Industrial Building" carpark: the first hour is $15, the subsequent hour is $30, extra-large vehicles charge differently.

【 Storage 】

We provide receiving and storing goods services, on behalf of customers.

• Deliveries on the day of appointment, receive directly at the reserved venue are welcome. If it requires our staff to receive goods at ground floor, an additional $50 storage fee would impose.
• If customer would like our staff to receive deliveries on your behalf, please notify us in advance. Customers shall contact the delivery company directly, and we are unable to pay on behalf of customers.

【 Pets 】

• We are pet friendly at The Core Base, if you wish to bring along your pet, please notify our team in advance. A $500 cleaning deposit can be paid via PayMe or cash prior to enter the venue. Deposit shall be returned at the end of the booking if there is no damage and/or soiled found.
• If your pets cause damages to on-site objects, additional compensation/ cleaning fees may incur.
• Unfortunately, we do not supply any pet safety measures, in which one or two pets can be admitted free of charge. If you wish to bring more than two pets, there is a fee of $100 for every additional pet.
• When entering the public area of the building, for large dogs please wear a pet muzzle, and to take off only after entering our venues.

【 Special Rental Hours and Fee 】

• We open 24 hours daily, however if customers wish to schedule anytime outside 9:00 am-1:00 am, an administrative fee of $200 per hour would be included.
• Fees are implemented according to appointment time. If the session ends early, the fee will remain unchanged according to the confirmed appointment hours.
• On-site, please settle any outstanding payment in cash, FPS or PayMe on the appointment day.

【 Admission and Use of Venue 】

• If there is no other appointment ahead of your appointment time slot, customers are welcome to enter the venue 10 minutes earlier. Anytime earlier than 10 minutes, additional fee would apply.
  If there are vacancies after the booking, customers may extend their booking on the day.
• Flameless cooking is allowed in all Cores. Customers who rent Grey Core are reminded that the kitchen has no smoke exhaust ventilator, therefore it is only suitable for light cooking and baking.
• Please avoid using any decorations containing affix materials on painted walls.
• Indoor slippers are provided on site, please take off your shoes when entering our cores. If you wish to wear shoes for shooting, please cover the bottom of your shoes with masking tapes.
• If you wish to rent our entertainment supplies, please reserve with our staff during your reservation stage, based on a first come first serve basis; every entertainment supply can be borrowed free for an hour, if no other reservations are made by other customers, you may continue to enjoy the rented supplies.

【 Cleaning and Damage to Objects On-site 】

• Objects in our venues can be used as props. If they have been rearranged, moved, and used, they must be cleaned and restored to their original places (including kitchen, dishes, etc.).
• Please put any rubbish into the rubbish bin or pack inside a bin bag. Please allocate time for clearing up towards the end of you rental time.
• If customer required our cleaning services, $50 per person (with an upper limit of $500) will be charged, feel free to enquire with our staff.

All rescheduling regarding to private purposes will be processed through our online booking system unitarily.

• Please refers to the booking confirmation email for guidance on rescheduling through our online booking system.
• Customers may modify their booking one week ahead of their original booking for free.
• An administration fee may imply if modifications occur twice or more.
• Booking using Member discount, Discount code and Gift card are not able to reschedule.Rescheduling is only applicable to same price swapping (E.g. Weekdays booking can only be reschedule to Weekdays, Weekend/Holidays booking can only be reschedule to Weekend/Holidays).
• In case of emergencies (e.g. sickness or hospitalisation), customers are required to provide a valid dated document, in which rescheduling may be accepted in our sole discretion with a $500 administration fee. Modified booking date must fall within 6 months, with an original copy of supporting documents shown to our team on arrival.
• Once rescheduling is successful, customers will receive a SMS message and an email as confirmation. Please note: our customer service team will not confirm rescheduling any other mean. Apologies for the inconvenience.
• Guests could change the starting time of the booking on day of the reserved date . There would be no charging fee resulted if the desired changing time period is within 09:00-18:00. Otherwise, guests would need to make a new booking instead.

• If you wish to enquire about rescheduling, please contact our customer service team, or refer to our policies here.
• Customers will receive an email and a SMS message as confirmation, once rescheduling has completed. Please note: our customer service team will not confirm rescheduling through any other mean. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Arrangement towards unexpected weather conditions (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning etc.)

While Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 are in effect, all venues at The Core Base will be closed temporarily. Our service will resume 2 hours after cancellation of Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8.

• If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 remain effective at 8AM, customers with booking on the day can apply for free rescheduling, 2 hours before booking begins, regardless of weather during the remaining day.
• If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 remain effective during work hours of our customer service team, all bookings that fall within the weather signals’ effective period will be reschedule for free automatically, unless bookings have already started.
• If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 come into effect during your booking, customers may continue to stay at the venue until the end of their booking or inform our team to reschedule the remaining time for free.
• Customers who do not request for rescheduling, any bookings that begin in 2 hours after Hong Kong Observatory cancels relevant weather signals will remain effective. If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 do not cancel before 5PM, bookings for the rest of the day will be reschedule for free automatically.
• If customers, who will receive free rescheduling according to company policies, insist to retain their original booking time, there will be no compensation if appointment is affect by any delay.
  Scenario - Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 cancels at 10:15AM, and customer’s booking is at 11:15AM – 13:15PM. Since there are less than 2 hours in between cancellation of weather warning signal, theoretically the booking will be rescheduled for free automatically. However, if customer insists to retain their original booking time (11:15AM), but our staff does not arrive at the venue until 12:15PM, there will be no compensation from the company.

From Exit C of Kwai Fong MTR Station, turn left down into the underpass → Turn right at the first fork (Kwai Tsing Theatre exit) → Walk straight up onto the footbridge diagonally opposite to The Alchemist Cafe → Turn left at the first fork → Turn right at the second fork → Walk down and exit the footbridge → Turn left and head straight for approximately 30 meters → Wing Hang Industrial Building (Kwai Fong Branch) will be on your left.
