— Kwai Fong Shop Parking Information —

• The parking lot of this building: only a few mobile parking spaces are provided for outside use. All vehicles (including short-term loading and unloading) are charged. If you need to use it, please pay directly to the management office.
• Outdoor parking lot next to the building: daily parking $60 (full day) / night parking $40 (full night).

— Kwai Hing Store Parking Information —

• The parking lot of this building: only a small number of mobile parking spaces are provided for outside use. All vehicles (including short-term loading and unloading) are charged. If you need to use it, please pay directly to the management office.
• "Tung Chun Industrial Building" car park: the first hour is $15, the subsequent hour is $30, extra-large vehicles will be charged.

We provide following services of receiving and storing goods on behalf of customers.

• Pick up items on the day, but only on-site items. If it required our staffs to go downstairs to pick up the goods, an additional storage fee of $50 would be required.
• If you need us to pick your delivery, please notify in advance. Customers must contact the delivery company by themselves, and payment on behalf of customers is not accepted.

• We accept pet in the venue, however our venue does not have any pets safety facilities, if you would like to bring a pet with you, please notify in advance. We will collect a $500 cleaning deposit before customers enter the venue. The $500 cleaning deposit will be returned at the end of the booking if there is no damage and fouled by excrement.
• If pets cause damage to on-site objects, additional compensation/ cleaning fees could be occurred.
• There are no pet safety facilities in this venue, and only one or two pets are admitted free of charge. If you bring more than two pets, an additional fee of $100 per pet will be charged.
• When entering the public area of ​​the building, please wear a pet mask for large dogs, and take it off after entering the indoor venue of the store.

• We generally open 24 hours, if customers would like to schedule outside of 9:00 am-1:00 am, an administrative fee of $200 per hour would be charged.
• Fees are charged according to the appointment time. If it ends early, the fee will still be charged according to the appointment hours.
• On-site, please pay the balance in cash, FPS or Payme on the day of the appointment.

• If there is no other appointment before the appointment time slot on the same day, customers are welcomed to enter the venue up to 10 minutes earlier. If it is earlier than 10 minutes, additional fee would be occurred.
• If There are still vacancies after the booking, customers can choose to extend the booking on the spot.
• All cores are allowed to be used for flameless cooking. Customers renting Grey Core are reminded that the kitchen has installed an oven, microwave, induction cooker etc. However, there is no range hood, it is only suitable for light cooking and baking.
• Please avoid using any decorations containing paste ingredients on the painted walls.
• Indoor slippers are provided on site, please take off your shoes and enter the cores. If you need to wear shoes for shooting, please stick the bottom with crepe tape.
• If you need to use the amusement facilities, please reserve with the staff at the reservation stage, prior reservation in sequential order could be expected; one amusement facility can be borrowed for free each hour, after that, if no other guests make reservations, the facility can be renewed to use.

• The objects in this venue can be used as photographic props. If they are arranged, moved and used, they must be cleaned and restored to their original places (including kitchen, dishes, etc.).
• Please put your personal garbage into the trash can or pack it in a garbage bag. The time for self-cleaning up at the party is also included in the rental time.
• If customer required our cleaning services, $50 per person (the upper limit is $500) will be charged, welcome to make an appointment for inquiries.

• *Kindly reminder: All cores in The Core Base have installed CCTV. To avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and argument, Private and Commercial video shooting/ commodity or services advertisement/ contents used within the company's website/ Online Store/ Facebook and Instagram shop post, are to inform us in advance for commercial quoting. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
• During the charter period, the total number of attendees will be used as the charging standard. Customers who join later or leave early will also be included, and the fee will be required according to the total number of chartered hours. If the number of people on site is different from the number reserved at the time of reservation, the fee will be calculated based on the final number of attendees.
• If you use our photography service, all rights of the photo reserved by The Core Base and the photographer, and the company has the opportunity to use it for promotional purposes. If customers refuse to the promotional usage, prior notification is needed.

• Please inform us in advance of the number of participant and requirements of the filming crew. We will cooperate in response to different situations. The Core Base reserves the right to make the final decision on the use of the venue.
• Before the appointment time slot on the day, if there is no other appointment ahead, customers are allowed to enter the venue up to 30 minutes earlier for setup and preparation. If you enter the venue earlier than 30 minutes, additional charge would be occurred.
• In order to avoid complaints or interruptions from other units during the shooting process, if any equipment needs to be placed outside our venue, please place it against one wall and keep the passage on the other side smooth to protect the rights and interests of other users of the building and not to violate the rules of the public area in the building.
