■ Reservation and Rescheduling

【Reservation Procedures】

Customers who wish to make a reservation, must complete the full payment as reservation fee. Once reservation has confirmed, deposit is non-refundable.

Private use purposes:

・Visit our online booking system via The Core Base’s website for date/time availability, please click here

・Once booking has completed, customers will receive a SMS message and an email as confirmation, relevant information regarding to the venues are attached, please read carefully.


Commercial purposes:

・Our customer service team will assist on schedule enquiries, as well as schedule holding and arranging site visits.

・For schedule enquiries and site visits, please click here

・Customers who have reserved with date, time and venue in mind, we will send out a payment request. Customers are required to complete payment within 48 hours and return with a payment record for our customer service team to follow up. Once payment has been confirmed, customers will receive a SMS message and an email as confirmation, relevant information regarding to the venues are attached, please read carefully. Booking is only valid once email has been received.

■ Booking Cancellation and Modification
Booking with private use purposes – cancellation and modification
  • All rescheduling regarding to private purposes will be processed through our online booking system unitarily.
  • Please refers to the booking confirmation email for guidance on rescheduling through our online booking system.
  • Customers may modify their booking for free, 1week ahead of their original booking.
  • An administration fee may imply if modifications occur twice or more.
  • In case of emergencies (e.g. sickness or hospitalisation), customers are required to provide a valid dated document, in which rescheduling may be accepted in our sole discretion with a $500 administration fee. Modified booking date must fall within 6 months, with a original copy of supporting documents shown to our team on arrival.
  • Once rescheduling is successful, customers will receive a SMS message and an email as confirmation. Please note: our customer service team will not confirm rescheduling any other mean. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  • Rescheduling from weekend/holidays to weekdays are non-refundable. Customers who wish to swap to a higher price venue would have to settle the price differences and no refund on swapping to a lower price venue.


Booking with commercial purposes – cancellation and modification

  • Customers will receive an email and a SMS message as confirmation, once rescheduling has completed. Please note: our customer service team will not confirm rescheduling through any other mean. Apologies for the inconvenience.


Arrangement towards unexpected weather conditions (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning etc.)

While Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 are in effect, all venues at The Core Base will be closed temporarily. Our service will resume 2 hours after cancellation of Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8.

  • If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 remain effective at 8AM, customers with booking on the day can apply for free rescheduling, 2 hours before booking begins, regardless of weather during the remaining day.
  • If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 remain effective during work hours of our customer service team, all bookings that fall within the weather signals’ effective period will be reschedule for free automatically, unless bookings have already started.
  • If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 come into effect during your booking, customers may continue to stay at the venue until the end of their booking or inform our team to reschedule the remaining time for free.
  • Customers who do not request for rescheduling, any bookings that begin in 2 hours after Hong Kong Observatory cancels relevant weather signals will remain effective. If Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 do not cancel before 5PM, bookings for the rest of the day will be reschedule for free automatically.
  • If customers, who will receive free rescheduling according to company policies, insist to retain their original booking time, there will be no compensation if appointment is affect by any delay.
    Scenario - Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 cancels at 10:15AM, and customer’s booking is at 11:15AM – 13:15PM. Since there are less than 2 hours in between cancellation of weather warning signal, theoretically the booking will be rescheduled for free automatically. However, if customer insists to retain their original booking time (11:15AM), but our staff does not arrive at the venue until 12:15PM, there will be no compensation from the company.
  • We refer to the publicised time from the Hong Kong Observatory as reference standard: https://www.hko.gov.hk/tc/ Customers may contact our customer service team if you wish to arrange rescheduling in the morning. Thank you for your understanding. (Telephone service will suspend while Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 are in effect.)
