We would suggest customers to rent a single Core for three or more hours during the reservation stage. During the day, if there is another Core available at the time, customers are welcome to switch from the original Core to the other. (HKD$100 transition fee is required for such arrangement, the difference in balance is non-refundable, and any outstanding balance would be settled by customers. Please note that this policy is not valid for video shooting, and commercial shooting.)

Yes, there are carparks in both buildings of the two branches, however, only a limited number of vacant parking spaces are available for outside vehicles. It is recommended to park at nearby parking lots. For details, please refer to the parking related information under the "Customer Notice". All vehicles (including short-term loading/ unloading) are to be charged, you may choose a safe area nearby the main entrance to load/ unload, in order to avoid extra charges. There is an outdoor parking lot beside our Kwai Fong which building, which the parking fee is relatively cheaper compared with the building’s parking lot. Please be reminded that parking fee is not include to our service.

Yes, under certain conditions. If there is no other appointment ahead of your appointment time slot, Private shooting customers are welcomed to enter the venue 10 minutes earlier. Any time earlier than 10 minutes, an additional fee would incur. For Commercial shooting, customers are welcomed to enter the venue 30 minutes earlier. Any time earlier than 30 minutes, an additional fee would incur.

Yes, for specific types of bookings. For bookings with video or commercial shooting purposes, site visit session can be provided exclusively, with $50 administration fee (to be refunded on appointment day). Every session of site visit lasts thirty minutes. Since confirmed booking required prior human resources and venue rearrangement, in view of that, we would schedule a site visit with predetermined time as per request. Hence, site visit sessions may be adjusted due to existing bookings.

Yes, if you made reservations at both locations on the same day, as long as you arrive at the other branch within half an hour leaving the first venue, the transportation expenses can be subsidised up to $150. Please provide valid taxi or Uber receipt, redemption is invalid after leaving the latter venue. *Please note that transportation subsidy is not applicable to the rental usage of private video shooting/ commercial video shooting/ commercial shooting.

Yes, we have scheduled cleaning and sanitising in between each booking. As our venue is on a semi-self-serve basics, customers are requested to clean up all the utensils and tableware after use, you are also welcomed to bring your own disposable tableware; rubbish must be put in the rubbish bin. If customer required our cleaning services, $50 per person (with an upper limit of $500) will be imposed for cleaning up on behalf of customers, welcome to make an appointment for inquiries.

Not necessarily. Each Core is independent spaces with its own washroom.

Each branch has a changing room, and customers are welcome to use toilets for dressing up too.

Once payment is completed and confirmed, customers will receive the detailed site address. Customers are welcome to head to the venue directly on the day of the reservation, and our receptionist will be at the Core to introduce facilities and to provide assistance to guests.

Yes, our Core is on a semi-self-serve basis. If customers have any enquiry, feel free to contact us, and our staff are happy to assist correspondingly.

Yes! Kwai Fong Branch is only 20 seconds away from the nearest convenience store, and the nearest convenience store at Kwai Hing Branch is about 4 minutes walk. If you would like to order takeaways, you can ask for menus from our customer service. Note that the operating hours of the above shops may differ.

Yes, there are. Due to security reasons, we have installed multiple Closed-Circuit Television cameras within the venue to maintain proper security. CCTVs installed are not publicly distributed but are solely for surveillance and security purposes, hence they are not to be switch off at any time. The observation is highly confidential and would be deleted automatically after 48 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience caused!

We distinguish the reservation purpose depending on the purposes of the photo. Family photos, couple photos, personal photos or pre-wedding photos, etc. for personal usage and as memoir (not involving any video recording) are all considered as private shooting at The Core Base.

If photos involve product promotional or commercial elements, such as: Instagram / Facebook Shop / personal page shooting, product promotion, live broadcasting, MV shooting, advertisements, film making, company webpage photos, etc., then they are all considered as commercial purposes.

In addition, if video recording is involved in the process of use, the rate would also fall under commercial photography.

*We have staff on site and rooms have installed CCTVs. If we suspect/ discover on the spot or after that the guest has violated the agreement between the two parties and has made the reservation with hidden purposes, The Core Base reserves the right to immediately suspend the customers from using the venue and reserves the right to pursue. The difference in balance is non-refundable, and any outstanding balance would be settled by customers. Such situation is classed as deceptive behaviour. Please be respectful and do not undermine trust.*
